を注文。コロモ付けはカウンター内で。1度目の低温揚げは奥の厨房で。2度の高温揚げはカウンター内で行うスタイルのようです。11:32に着皿。肉質はしっかり。揚げ具合はバッチリです。モホソースというパプリカベースの薬味が美味しいです。退店時にはカウンター満席でしたので、予約した方が無難かもです。オススメ
