ダンチュー等の餃子特集で存在は知っていた有名な店なのに、まだ一回も入ったことがなかった。
店頭のメニューには炸醤麺がある。
席に通されあらためてメニューを眺める。
「炸醤麺と手擀炸醤麺とはどう違うんですか？」と聞くと
「手擀麺は手作りの幅の広い麺です」とのこと。
後から来た客の日式ラーメンが来た後しばらく経って手擀炸醤麺がやってきた。
麺媽をよけてみると、白くて平たい北京の麺だ！
北京人のように混ぜていただく。
1400円という高価な麺料理だけど、ランチで1000円だったら、時々行くんだけどな。
