伊勢海老のビスク仕立て 小鍋風の仕立て まずまず
真鯛の焼き霜と茗荷の漬けの押し寿司 ？？？ まさか造りの代わり？ 造りはせっかく和食の包丁技術の見せ場なのにもったいない気がする
