ものすごく雰囲気のあるお店で頂く天ぷらのコースです。
活きた海老を目の前でさばき、新鮮なまま天ぷらに、それをカウンター越しに頂きました。
身ももちろん、頭もさくさくです。
穴子は一本マルマルで箸で切れるさくさく感。
しいたけやミョウガなどお野菜は大きく肉厚です。
つゆとおろしもありますが、ほぼ塩で頂きました。
塩なしでも十分おいしいです。
天茶漬けなるものを初めて頂きましたが、わさびをといて出汁とともにさらさら入りました。
