久しぶりのレビュー投稿…。
実父が2月25日に永眠して、何か世界が一変したように思ったが、やはり人は食を求め続け、食べることで生や喜びを感じることが出来る、父もまた美味しいものが好きだったなぁ。
自宅での看取りに入る前に、自らの手術の打合せのために東京慈恵会医科大学附属病院に通院した後、ランチにお邪魔します。
最後の晩餐メニューのモティバターチキン、好きです。
文句なしに美味しいです。
カシューナッツとバターの香りを感じながら、たっぷり鶏胸肉と一緒にいただきます。
タンドゥールで焼かれたナンは、とても大きく、安定の美味しさです。
ミックスグリルセットは、チキンカレーとタンドリブラウン、シークカバブ、コーヒー、サラダとなります。
タンドゥールで焼かれたチキンは、香ばしくて奥深い味わい、また、ナンとの相性もばっちりです。
父もここのカレーは好きだったなぁ…。

本日は同僚とウインターカップ2023応援のあと、一年の労を労う忘年会のためお邪魔します。
バスケは男子勝利、女子は敗退という結果になりましたが、生徒の頑張りに酔いしれた1日になって良かったです。
大事な同僚にぜひここの料理を食べてもらいたくて招待します。
モティのすべてを味わうなら、モティスペシャルタリーでしょう。
3種のカレー（モティバターチキン、プラウンカリー、マトンマサラ）、ナン、タンドリーチキン、シークカバブー、サラダ、チャツネ、オニオンチリー、サフランライス、アルーゴビー、マンゴーヨーグルト、ラッシー
一品一品の完成度が段違いの美味しさです。
インドビールやフレンチワインも料理にとても合い、食事と談笑が止まりません。
帰りは3人で、六本木ヒルズのクリスマスマーケットとイルミネーションを観て、来年への英気を哺うことが出来て良かったです。
