We have been serving "Western Cuisine eaten with chopsticks" for over 70 years. Please try our Akasaka specialty, beefsteak bowl.
A Japanese Western Western Cuisine with a hideaway feel, located a short distance from Akasaka Station. There are five authentic Japanese-style private rooms in the basement, including a garden-side p |
I've always wanted to come here for lunch on weekdays off. I arrived at 11:30, just as they open. There was no line and I was seated right away. That said, it gets full before 12 o'clock even on weekdays, so it's best to come early. About 10 minutes after ordering, a mini-sized corn cream soup (620 yen including tax) arrived. The soup was coarsely filtered and contained not only corn but also onions and other vegetables, making it very filling. About 3 minutes later, the weekday-only Omelette Rice plate (1,700 yen including tax) arrived. On top of the butter rice was an omelette. Gently cut it open in the middle. A soft, runny yellow half-boiled egg. The rice was cooked to perfection. Delicious, glossy butter rice. I ate this with egg and Americana sauce. It was absolutely delicious. The Americana sauce also had two shrimp. The plate also came with a crab cream Croquette, which was also delicious. Tartar sauce was also available, but it was delicious just as it was. The tartar sauce was rich in eggs, so I ordered it on its own. This price was a great deal. The interior of the restaurant had the feel of a high-class Japanese restaurant. I had a seat at the counter. It was a comfortable place to sit alone. The service was polite and I'd like to come back again. It took 40 minutes from when I entered the restaurant to when I finished eating. I could pay with a credit card. Weekday lunch was a great deal.
