上司♂と同僚♀ちゃんとでVincent(ヴァンサン） てディナーへ。
先々代のレカンのシェフ、城悦男さんのお店です。
お店はかなり重厚感があり、クラシックな雰囲気。
コワモテなお兄様（ソムリエ？）が出迎えてくれます（笑）
お皿が可愛かったので思わずパチリ。
まずは【Lassalle Cuvee Prefereence Brut 】で乾杯。
メニューは城シェフのお任せで！
★才巻海老とホワイトアスパラのマリネ。自家製のからすみ添え。
思わず白ワインをば！（笑）
【Meursault 1er La Goutte d'Or 1997 Arnaud Ente】
続いて鴨入りのコンソメスープ。美味。
美味しい食事は酒が進みますね（笑）
【Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Charmes 1989】
21年熟成の超1級ワインとか。
メインの子羊。美味。
フロマージュも出してもらいワインを堪能。
久々がっつりフレンチを食しました！
