えびの料理についてくる からすみは自家製だとか 不思議と熟成したシャルドネに合います
すっぽんのコンソメ もはや表現しがたい 至福の味わい
マリアカラス風 本物のマリアカラスにも出したそうで 最高でした
ソムリエさんもサービス素晴らしく ワインもコスパ抜群 前に シェ・イノにいたとか？フレンチ会の2大巨匠に仕えただけあってサービスも知識も経験も豊富。ワインはすべて彼任せ。
接待でワイン好きの方お連れしたのですが シャンパンからディケムまで素晴らしい饗宴でした。
