2023年度締め日
いろいろなお疲れ様が重なって
部署のメンバー一同でここへ。
コロナ前もはるか昔に訪れて以来だから
かなり久しぶりの訪問。
しかも今回は、ここで1番大きな個室を
一月前から予約。
満を持して9名で訪れました。
ロースターも４基。
広すぎることなくゆったりと。
まずは牛タンから。
絶妙な柔らかさとジューシーさ。
半折りパターンで
ネギを蒸し焼きにしながらいただく。
このネギダレと少し赤いくらいの牛タンが
素晴らしくマッチ。たまらない。。
そしてシャトーブリアン。
お腹が膨れないうちに早めの登場。
美味しいものは早めに美味しくいただくがモットー
かなりの厚さでしっかり焼きます。
旨みがやばい。
肉の幸せが口の中で何度もリフレイン。
ロースもやばい。ブリアンの塊の後ですが
これはこれで厚さもちょうどいい。
口の中で溶ける旨さ。
まだまだいただき尽くして
最後の締めのアイス。
可愛い。
