誰もが知る日本の誇り、すきやばし次郎
98歳の次郎さんが立っている銀座本店は、
予約ほぼ不可能の為、ミシュランからも外れてます。
そして、すきやばし次郎には支店が3つあるのですが
ここ六本木ヒルズ店は、ニ郎さんが弟子の中でも
一番厳しく教えたと言われる次男の隆仕氏が握っています。
私がここで鮨の話をしても野暮なんで割愛しますが
材料から手法まで全て本店と同じです。
それでいて予約は比較的取れます。
ただし当たり前だけど、
最低限のマナーを守れない人には不向き
よくネットで苦言を呈している方は、歯車が
合わないだと思います。
