The opening day |
2002.10.30 |
On this day, I visited Soryu Togyokudo Roppongi Branch. I was in Roppongi and wanted to eat dandan noodles, so I looked it up and found this restaurant. The exterior and interior of the restaurant have a Chinese atmosphere. When I sat down at the table, I noticed a slightly sewage-like smell. I'm sure it was just a coincidence, but it did dampen my spirits a little. There are more than 10 types of dandan noodles, so I ordered the "Special Beef Belly Dandan Noodles" and my wife ordered the "White Sesame Dandan Noodles." The Special Beef Belly Dandan Noodles are different from the typical sesame-rich dandan noodles, in that they have a smooth soup with plenty of black sesame seeds, and when you bite into the black sesame seeds, the aroma of sesame spreads in your mouth and is delicious. The soup is addictive. The noodles are thick and the soup is well mixed in. In addition to the char siu, there are two pieces of beef belly on top, so it's filling. The white sesame dandan noodles were also rich and delicious with a rich sesame flavor. Payment is mainly done by QR code. Credit cards are not accepted. It might be fun to try different kinds of tantanmen and compare them. Thank you for the meal.
