六本木アークヒルズの穴場イタリアン
サーモンのピザが有名ですが、マッシュルームの
ピザの方が個人的には好み。
机に置かれた瞬間、キノコの濃厚な香り。
こんなピザは他所ではあまりない。
耳の部分がカリッと美味しいです。
チャイニーズチキンサラダ
揚げたワンタンの食感が良い。
クラッシュしたカシューナッツ、チキン、
辛子と生姜とチーズの濃いドレッシング。
僅かにパクチーも感じます。
野菜嫌いの坊主がモリモリ食べてました。
ステーキはアメリカっぽい赤身の噛んで
肉を味わうタイプ。よくある味付け。
美味しいけどちょっと割高。
付け合せのポテトが成形ではなく、カットして
そのまま揚げてます。芋の味が濃い。
今回は全部当たりでした。

あの濃厚な香り好きだったのに。
サーモンは値段の割にイマイチだったので
今回はピザはパスしてハンバーガーとパスタ。
シノワチキンサラダ
鉄板メニューです。生姜の風味と揚げワンタンの
食感が相まって他所では味わえないサラダ。
野菜嫌いの坊主が自ら進んで食べてます。
ヤリイカのフリット
マヨネーズっぽいアイオリソースとレモンの
味付けで食欲そそられます。
マグロとアボガドのポキ
分葱、大蒜、オリーブオイルのソースは
スキャリオンソースというそうです。旨し。
フェットチーネとグリルチキン
アメリカっぽいメニューです。量は充分。
味付けも良いけどパスタの茹で加減が今ひとつ。
ベーコンチーズバーガー
バーガー専門店並みにバンズもパテも美味い。
もう少し安ければもっといいのに。
