【ウルフギャング・パックPIZZA BAR 赤坂アークヒルズ店】さんに訪店しました！
アカデミー賞公式シェフとして著名な『ウルフギャング・パック』氏プロデュースのカリフォルニアスタイルレストランになります。
1949年、オーストリアで生まれたパック氏は14歳で料理の道に。
「オテル・ド・パリ」や「マキシム」といった3つ星レストランで研鑽を積んだ後、1973年にアメリカへ！
LAの「マ・メゾン」のシェフを務めます。
1982年には満を持して映画の都ハリウッドに『スパーゴ』オープン。
フレンチをベースにしたカリフォルニアスタイルのフュージョン料理は大きな話題を呼び、瞬く間にトップシェフの仲間入りに。
その後も人気店を数多く手がけるパック氏は2001年1月からフードネットワーク・チャンネルにてスタートした「ウルフギャング・パック」を放送。
高視聴率をマークし2002年にはなんとエミー賞も受賞！
毎年恒例のアカデミー賞授賞式後のパーティーの総責任者を歴任するなど名実共にアメリカンフード界のレジェンドになりました。
日本国内は東京や横浜を中心に全国9店舗。
こちらの店舗は2013年11月にオープン。
最寄りは六本木一丁目ですが溜池山王駅も至近、六本木駅、赤坂駅からも徒歩10分ほどでアクセス可能です！
店内は広々としており開放感と落ち着いた高級感を感じる雰囲気！
テーブル席をメインに個室など141席。

印象的だったのが『黒トリュフ&半熟玉子』のピザ。
ウルフギャングパックさんを代表する人気メニューであるピザですがトリュフと半熟玉子というイタリアンやフレンチを彷彿させる一品。
もちっとしたピザ生地にとろっと溢れ出す卵黄、そしてやや厚めにスライスされたトリュフの香りが食欲をそそります。
他にも気になるメニューが沢山あったので機会があれば是非また伺ってみたいと思います。
