移り変わりの多い西麻布の交差点ででかでかと看板を掲げる老舗焼肉店「十々」。
高級・高評価焼肉店がひきしめあう西麻布の中で「うしごろ」「游玄亭」「焼肉X」など並んで業界系、財界系の方が多いお店です。
勝手なイメージですが、ここは年齢的には他と比べてちょい高めのちょいワルオヤジが好んで行くイメージ。
とにかくここは上ねぎタン塩が美味しいです。
一緒に行った人の焼き方がうま過ぎたのもあるかもしれませんが、どの肉も、まずさっと網に肉の脂を馴染ませてから、網とくっつかないようトングでセパレートし、両面を優しく焼きすぎず生に近い状態で焼き上げることで、肉本来の旨みも堪能出来ました。
その分網の交換の回転数が上がってしまいますが、店員さんもタイミングよく変えてくれます。
この手際、真似しよう。。。動画投稿出来たらいいのに。
酔っ払ってて、肉の写真ほとんど撮れませんでしたが、美味しかったです。
