六本木交差点のシンボル、洋菓子と喫茶のお店・アマンド。
BOOWY結成前の氷室京介と布袋寅泰が、ここアマンド前の待ち合わせで再開し、バンド結成に至るというのは有名な話(諸説あり)。
1Fはケーキ・生菓子・焼き菓子等の物販と喫茶スペース、2Fは六本木交差点を見下ろす喫茶スペースになっています。
喫茶メニューは、ドリンク、リングシューなどのケーキ、プリンアラモードなどのデザート、グラタンやスパゲッティのような食事メニューがあります。

昭和アマンドのコーヒーをイメージしたブレンド。"アマンドピンク"のコーヒーカップ＆ソーサーにゴールドのコーヒースプーンを添えて提供。芳ばしい香りにバランスのとれた味わい。
ナポレオンパイをイメージした焼き菓子「ボン・ナポレオン(1個216円くらい)」を試食サービスで。さわやかな酸味のフリーズドライ苺とホワイトチョコクリームを、バターが香るサクサクのパイ生地でサンドしたミルフィーユ。表面はスライスアーモンドとざらめ糖でデコレーション。
