I ate too much for a big lunch and thought I'd skip dinner, but I ended up getting Sushi rolls ( ･᷄ᄇ･᷅ ) Bitter smile
My boss and his wife asked me to give them a ride to the ANA InterContinental Kenzan, and on the way home I received a souvenir of Sushi that I told them to eat when they got home.When I got home, I started with a fatty medium fatty tuna with a beer for an evening drink. I enjoyed the sea bream kelp and salmon roe gunkan, and enjoyed the shredded cucumber kappa roll and tekkamaki, and it was delicious with a sweet egg roll for after-meal d(´ڡ`๑)
太巻きには7種類の具材を使うとされる。その数は商売繁盛や無病息災を願って七福神に因んだもので,福を巻き込むと意味付けされる(諸説あり)
コロナ禍で外食を自粛してた上司がANAインターコンチネンタルホテルすし乾山で奥様と夕食帰りのお土産に今日中に食べろと折詰を頂きました,
家に帰って仕事終わりの晩酌にキンキンに冷えたビールを楽しんだ後は商売繁盛や無病息災を願い七福神に因んだ七つの具入りの特製太巻きをかぶり付こうと思って蓋を開けたら8つに切られてましたが1個のボリュームが抜群でお腹いっぱい美味しく頂きましたd(´ڡ`๑)
また上司から寿司折を頂きました

元旦の休日出勤で上司がインターコンチすし乾山さんに挨拶周りの手土産に寿司折を予約注文して受け取りに行ったら,お前の分も有るぞと寿司折を頂きました
家に帰って昨夜のカニをカニ酢に付けて寿司と一緒に美味しく頂きましたが,これから次の仕事が有るのでビールは飲めません( ･᷄ᄇ･᷅ )苦笑
残業で上司がお客様と寿司を食べに行く時に,寿司折のお土産に要るか？と聞くので是非お願いしますと頂きました,
今回は毛蟹も付けたぞと仕事終わりに自宅に持ち帰って,缶ビールと共に頂きました,
カニ酢を作り毛蟹を頂くと美味しさも一段アップします,自宅で美味しいお寿司を頂きましたd(´ڡ`๑)
上海旅行から帰国して,上司が寿司で一杯やりたいと全日空ホテルの乾山に行き寿司折をお土産で頂き,帰ってから自宅で頂きました,
新鮮なネタとマグロなど熟成ネタの良さが際立った美味しいお寿司でしたd(ᵒ̴̶̷͈̀ωᵒ̴̶̷͈́ )

During the New Year holidays, my boss asked me to do a one-point pick-up job and I visited ANA InterContinental.Do I need a Sushi souvenir? After work, I took it home and enjoyed Niigata's Local Cuisine, Toppei soup, herring roe, Matsumae pickles and tamagoyaki, and a Sushi for dinner. ´ڡ`๑)
