東京遠征最初晩餐会の場に選んだのは宿泊しているホテルの3階にある乾山さん。
実は数年前に宿泊した時、一度来たのですがラストオーダー直前の入店ということもあり、堪能する事が出来ず。
今回は再訪し、腰を据え味わうことに。
生ビールで乾杯後は鯛の小鉢と、刺身、別注した酢の物を頂きながら会話と料理を楽しむ。
これぞ寿司屋の醍醐味。
その後も、タコの煮物や、かき揚げ、焼き魚を頂き全て美味い。
追加した白ワインとの相性抜群。
にぎりもお任せ10巻に加えて、トロタク巻、鉄火巻、海水雲丹軍艦を。
美味い。
贅沢な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。
