金曜の夜、予約なしでふらりと入った。
店内はほぼ満席。
九州サワーを注文。
瓶入りの大分かぼすのサイダーと焼酎の入ったジョッキで出てきて好きな配合で割って飲みます。
あ、お通しは中華くらげ的なのだけど、穴子が入ってたのは意外。
料理を注文すると、まさかのスタミナ鉄板焼きが1番はじめに登場(笑)
お腹空いてたからいいんだけどね。
そして辛子蓮根。
めちゃくちゃ辛いんで気をつけて！
目が覚める辛さ！！
串焼きの梅紫蘇巻きを頼むと、思ってたのと違うのが来た。
エリンギを豚で巻いたもの。
食べたら確かに梅の味はするが豚肉があまり美味しくないのでこれは勧めない(⌒-⌒; )
肉ニラ玉、出てきてビックリ！
鰹節？！って思ったら、九州ではこれが普通らしい。
食べたらほぼお好み焼きだね。
メンチカツおっき！
長茄子焼きと豚足焼き。
スタッフさん同士が仲良いのはいいけれど、結構私語が気になる。
客に聞こえない所でやって欲しいかな。
