大好きなイタリアン、DALMATTO。
このまえベジマットでちょっとアレ？？
って感じちゃったから、早くそのイメージを払拭したぁーーーぃと思い。
今週は尾崎牛が食べれるらしく、
一般コースなら5250円、それを5500円お支払いいただくと5500円でメインを尾崎牛にできます、と言われ
そりゃ尾崎牛食べたぁーーーい
ってことでそっちに。
まずはアミューズ。
はもと焼いた小なすをじゅんさいとオクラのジュレで。
うーん、夏ですねーーー
続いてお野菜。
ゴーヤやかぶやアスパラやキャベツやなんか難しいやつや・・・
バーニャカウダソースがとってもおいしかった
お魚の前菜。
左から、まぐろとなすのアラビアータソース和え、じゃがいものパンナコッタ仕立て、キスとみぶな。
じゃがいもが濃厚でおいしかったぁーー
それぞれのお魚とお野菜もナイスなハーモニー
そして冷たいパスタ。
かわいぃーーー
さくらんぼとトマトのパスタでした。
以前いちごとトマトの食べたけど、なんだか味はそんなに変わらないような。
でも、甘味と酸味がマッチしていてとってもかわいらしぃお味でしたっ
続いてお肉の前菜。
そっか、まだ前菜だったのかと思いつつ
お箸はどんどん進みます。
沖縄のハムと、右は色んな部位を混ぜ合わせたもの。
煮こごりみたいな感じ。
ちょっと食べにくいお味だったかも。。
そーーして、ようやくパスタ。
サイズは中を選択
これは本日Ｎｏ．１だったかも
鶏ミンチとコーンのパスタなんだけれども
コーンもとっても甘いし
ソースがとぉーーーーってもクリーミーででも重くないし
これは大でも食べたかったくらい
パスタおいしいなぁーーー
そして、最後に待ってました、尾崎牛。
きれいなおにくぅーーーーーーーーー
けど、もうちょっと欲しかったかにゃ・・・
表面にはいい香りが付いていて、
お肉はあまーーくってやわらかくってやさしーーー感じ。
これまたペロリといけちゃいました。
おいしかったぁーーー
ワインもいい感じに頂き、満足満足
また来ます
