今回はクリスマスにディナーで”ダルマット 西麻布本店”に行って参りました。
こちらは、山梨・千葉・石川の契約農家から直送で届く旬の野菜に、魚介・お肉などをふんだんに使った、幅広く季節感のある、ここでしか頂けないオリジナリティのある創作料理が最高に美味しいレストランでした。
今回はディナーのクリスマスの特別コースを頂きましたが、贅沢な食材に、味付けに、希少な料理まで頂ける上品かつ満足度の高い、思い出に残るコースでした。
特に全体的に感じたのは、白苺の入った苺とフルーツトマトの冷製パスタや、蟹ミソとズワイ蟹のタルトなど、一見相反しそうな組み合わせの奇跡的な味付けのマッチングがとても上品かつ、味わったことのない程、相性よく、アクセントになり、感動するほど美味しかったです。
また、その味付けや、特徴的なクセのあるような食材が、本場...でもなく、ダルマットオリジナルの味付け・料理となっており、日本人の舌に合うような、なじみがないのに馴染みのあるような、旨味・甘味を最大限に感じ、満足度の高い料理の数々でした。
サービスに雰囲気も最高で、全体的に満足度の高い料理にレストランでした。
