何年も前から行きたいと思っていたお店にやっと来れました。
地下にあるお店で、個室に入れました。
スタッフも明るく感じよく、居心地の良い雰囲気のお店。
7700円のおまかせコースをオーダー！
アミューズは、昆布出しシートとサヨリ。
昆布の旨みがサヨリを包み込んでいて美味。
野菜の前菜は、なんとも彩りもよく、
少しずつ9種類の野菜が一口ずつ楽しめる一皿。
芽キャベツ、菜の花、ビーツ、椎茸、蒸したさつまいも、
明日葉、長芋のアラビアータ、ズッキーニグリル 胡桃ソース。
魚介の前菜盛り合わせは、
ホタテとドライトマト、太刀魚、三重県産のカマス。
もう一種類が思い出せないですが、少しずつ色々食べれるのは嬉しい。
お肉の前菜は、生ハム盛り合わせ。
前菜３連発がなんとも繊細でどれも素材の味を生かした味が良い。
続いて、白蛤のサフランリゾット。
プリプリの白蛤が美味。
温かいパスタは、赤海老とセルバチコのパスタ。
赤海老の食感もプリプリでアルデンテのパスタも最高です。
お肉のメインディッシュは、栃木県産のあさの豚。
