本場の家庭料理。ボルシチ秀逸。
美術館に行く前に近くでロシア料理。
店内はかなり空きがあった。
ランチセットから、一番セット内容の多いビーフストロガノフのセットを選択。
サラダは普通のポテサラだったが、玉子の入った美味しいもの。
しいたけのマリネはなんというか、薄味かつ大味で、椎茸の味をよく残している。
ボルシチ美味。
初めからサワークリームを混ぜるように言われるが、まずはそのまま一口。
甘味と酸味と旨味が、深い。野菜も軟らかく、ハーブもたっぷりで風味がよい。
このクオリティは自分の中の１位か２位に入りそう。
黒パンは、ハーブの味がしっかりある。
日本の洋食系ロシア料理店の黒パン(食べやすくなってる)、昔北京のロシア料理店でいただいた黒パン(さすが点心の国というか、完全に本土化して美味しくなりすぎてる笑)とは違って、これが本場の味なのだろうと想像した。
ビーフストロガノフ。牛肉は軟らかく、脂身は少ないものの牛の風味強め。
そしてこのご飯の硬さはなかなかないレベル。クリームソースに浸していただく。
クリームソースはクリーム感少なめで、旨味のあるさらっとしたソース。好み。
食後のクレープ。
生地がどこかどら焼きの生地のような味で、厚地で軟らかくもちっとして、美味しい。
食べログにも最近のランチメニューの写真がなさそうだったので色々撮ってみた。
単品のメインの価格もランチとそれほど変わらず、良心的なのではないだろうか。
次はピロシキ(揚げてない)や層になったサラダをいただいてみたい。

ランチメニューに単品を追加してみた。
単品注文が可能なのはミルフィーユサラダ、ブリヌィ系(イクラ包み、牛挽肉包み)のみとのこと。
グリーンピースを散らしたミルフィーユサラダが可愛らしすぎる。鰊は旨味あり魚味強すぎず、甘味もありつつ食べやすいタイプ。
牛挽肉のパンケーキ包み。クレープがもっちもちで甘く、牛挽肉はコンビーフを極軟らかにしたような、牛肉の塩漬けの軟か煮といった感じ。
何を頼んでも素朴で美味しい。とても好きなお店。
