六本木駅からすぐ、ミッドタウンの1階に立地。カウンターのイートインは10席。予約もできる。
予約なしで日曜13:00に訪店したが、15分待ち程度で入店できた。
カウンターが大理石っぽく高級感があり、目の前でデザートを仕上げるライブ感がとても良い。
食前にボンボンショコラが出てくる。
■パルフェ オ ムーラン
つまりメロンパフェ。下から、ホワイトチョコのフレーク、メロン、ヨーグルト、ブルーベリーソース、生クリーム、フェンネルとメロンのアイス、メロン。
見た目も美しいが、味のバランスも素晴らしい。どの部分を食べても美味しいパフェ。
■小夏のミルフィーユ
小夏(みかん)をサクサクのパイと一緒に。カスタードクリームの甘さと小夏の酸っぱさがちょうど良いハーモニー。
ココナッツアイスもいいアクセント。しかし、ミルフィーユはなかなか食べづらいな。パイ生地がどんどん崩れていってしまう。
