黒酢酢豚が美味しい美林華飯店。
こちらの酢豚について、黒酢がまろやかで肉もジューシーとの評価をしているレビューをよく見かける。
確かにその通りだと思うが、自分がここの黒酢酢豚で第一に特筆すべき点は、香りだと思う。
美林華の黒酢酢豚は、噛むとふわっとカレーの香りがするのだ。本来強くなりすぎてしまうカレーの風味を、優しげに香らせる程度に留めているのがこちらの巧さ。とても中毒性のあるテイストだ。
たまに無性に食べたくなるのは、非凡なものに仕上がっている証拠だろう。
他の料理も美味しいが、黒酢酢豚が断然おすすめ。
