●御曹司 松六家
ども、二日酔い飯です。さて、今日ご紹介するのは六本木の交差点から少し路地を入った所、麻布警察署の隣ですかね。そこにある和食のお店「御曹司 松六家」。コロナ前まではすごい行列で、「人気なんだなぁ〜」と思っていたのですが、今全然並んでないしもしかしたら？と思って入ってみるとすんなりOK。
全室個室だそうで、それはそれで今の時期良いですね。
限定20食！基本的にはランチメニューはコレしか無いのでランチは20名分で終了なんですね。
たしかに、それなら並ぶのもわかるかもしれません。ひつまぶしを頼んでしばし待ちます。
●極上黒毛和牛ひつまぶし御膳
ひつまぶし御膳の登場！
サラダに小鉢が3種類、漬物に薬味がついてきます。
3種の小鉢がはちょっとうれしいですね！
薬味は胡麻団子とわさび、粉山椒とぶぶあられ、刻み海苔、三つ葉の六種類。
最初に食べ方を説明してもらって食べ始めます。
鰻のひつまぶしと同様に普通に食べ始め、薬味を入れつつ、ラストは出汁のお茶をかけていただくスタイル。
出汁は必要になったら呼んでくださいとのことで、早速食べ始めます。
蓋を開けるとこれですよ。絵力が強い。
早速和牛を一枚食べてみると、肉々しい和牛は結構食べごたえがあります。もう少し柔らかいほうが和牛っぽい感じもしますが、しっかりした肉質で肉を食べている！っていう感じがします。
しばらく食べ進めて山椒やわさびを追加するとまたさっぱりとした感じになって食べやすい。
タレは結構薄めに仕上げられていて、若干の物足りなさを感じるかもしれませんが
そんなときのために追加のタレを置いていってくれたのでそこで自分好みに調整できます。
で、後半出汁をお願いして
だし茶漬け風に。
この辺りまで食べ進めて知ったんですが、なんとご飯の底にもお肉が！
このサプライズは嬉しいですね。最後の最後までしっかりと和牛が楽しめるお膳になっていました！
で、デザートで終了。
●ごちそうさまでした
隠れ肉の存在がにくいですね〜！上に載っているもののみだと思って調整していたので肉が出てきたときの嬉しさといったらありません。もうちょっと和牛が柔らかくてしっかり目のタレのほうが好みではありますが、一度は食べてみてもいいなと思える一品でした。
