中華街にあるとても美味しい中華料理のお店で中華街のお店も何度かいきました。
今日は接待なので麻布のお店を使いました。
会食向けのコースにしたのですが、14000円で飲み放題でとてもお得でした。
最初に、前菜5種類、と盛り合わせです。くらげ、チャーシュー、などがとても美味しかったですね。そして鮑もありました。

それから大海老と季節の野菜の塩味炒めも最高でした。
フカヒレの姿煮が次にでてきました。とても大きなフカヒレでびっくりしました。スープも最高でした。それから、和牛の四川唐辛子炒めです。こちらも最高に美味しかったです。
そして、旬の鮮魚の豆鼓蒸しが出てきました。
更に、茄子と挽肉の辛子ニンニク炒めもとっても美味しかった。ナスと牛肉ってやっぱりとても良い組み合わせですね。そして、麻婆豆腐、と美味しい美味しい野菜チャーハンです。これも最高でした。そして、マンゴープリンをいただきました。最後のデザートまで最高でした。

今日はお客さんと一緒に中華を食べに行きました。こちらのコースはとても最高でした。個室でいただきました。まず前菜7種盛り合わせをいただきました。どの前菜もとてもおいしかったです。最高でございました。そしてエビと春野菜の炒め物をいただきました。こちらもおいしかったです。そしておし貝柱と屈 フカヒレ煮込みです。これも最高でした。そして黒豚肉ロースの四川唐辛子炒めです。こちらも最高でした。間違って唐辛子を食べてしまってとても辛かったです。最高でした。そして北京ダックやはり定番ですね。さらに春の魚の甘酢ソース漬けです。こちらは甘酢の味わいがとてもまろやかで最高でした。そして麻婆豆腐桜エビ入りチャーハンです。これはとても風味があっておいしかったですね。最後はデザートのフィナーレで締めました。最高でした。
