I came here for a dinner with a gourmet friend. Just over 5 minutes walk from Roppongi Station. It's located in an area down an alley. The carefully selected vessels are made by the potter Koichi Uchida. It adds color to the dishes. The rice we use is ``Koshihikari organic rice from Shiga Prefecture,'' which is grown in our own fields.When cooked, it's glossy and has a nice aroma typical of rice. I thought each grain was firm and perfect for sushi rice. At first they asked me what ingredients I didn't like, but I overlooked it and ended up eating shellfish, so when I told them I wasn't good at it, they replaced it with a substitute on the spot, and the service was also good. There is a wide variety of drinks, including rare Japanese sake, so it's fun to choose! I think the food is delicious, the customer service is good, and the restaurant is perfect for entertaining.
