「鳥とも」 1981年オープンの老舗の焼き鳥屋 （西麻布交差点すぐ）
「鳥とも」は33年前の1981年に、西麻布にオープンしました。 33年前と変わらない場所で、33年前に店を立ち上げた店主が、毎日焼き鳥を焼いております。 現在は家族３人で、店の切り回しをしています。 昼間は仕込みなどでお店は開けていませんが、店にはおりますので、ご予約のお問い合わせなど、 お気軽にお電話ください。 炭で焼く、本物の焼き鳥のおいしさを、ぜひ「鳥とも」で味わっていただけるよう、 一本一 |
「あー、焼鳥が食べたいなあ」と思ったが時刻は6時過ぎ。８時迄だから、ほとんど時間はない。この近くにどこかあったなあと考え、西麻布交差点の近くの鳥ともを思い出した。1階のアマンド、2階のさぶはなくなったが、たしかこの店はまだやっているはず。ネット上でも閉店との話は聞かない。で、行ってみたら先客はひとりだけ。まずはビールを頼み焼鳥7本コースを頼む。備長炭を起こし、しっかりと焼いた串。昔ながらの焼鳥で、これはこれで美味しい。30分一本勝負、無事終了。飲んだのはビールとハイボール。
