数年ぶりにランチで訪問。
三、四年ほど前はランチをやっていたお店。
ここ何年かはお昼にお店の前を通りかかっても開いていなかった。
ランチ復活の様子。
メニューは見た感じ、数年前と変わりない。
昼からシャブシャブランチを選択。
お野菜は、水菜、レタス、エノキ、ネギ、春菊と火が通りやすいもの。量も多めで、野菜たっぷりが嬉しい。（人数分まとめて出てきました）
お肉の方は一人、一皿ずつ出て来ます。
お肉の取り合いのような揉め事防止効果あり^o^
さてお味。
こちらのしゃぶしゃぶは出汁が美味しい。
薄くスライスされたイベリコ豚ちゃんの脂が溶けて美味。
ちなみにつけダレはなく、出汁をとってお好みで柚子胡椒を溶かしたものがつけダレとなります。
この日はご飯にしましたが、麺にもできます。
昼から飲みたい気分になりました(^^;;
ご馳走様でした。
