六本木で飲む時は、六本木交差点を起点にどっち方面に行くかを決めることが多いのだが、この日は六本木交差点から芋洗い坂を下ってみることに。
と、歩いているとなんだかやたらと海外っぽい雰囲気のお店を発見。
店の名はWorldstar Cafe（ワールドスターカフェ）。
名前からも海外っぽさが漂う。
なんだか面白そう・・・行ってみるか。
■まるで海外のような雰囲気！
実は、この店は前から知っていた。
というか、この道を通れば嫌でも目に入るし、なんとなく「海外っぽい店」という認識はあったのだ。
しかし実際に行くのは今回が初めて。
まず店内に入って驚いたのが、思っていたより全然広い・・・！
奥行きがすごくあり、かなりの広さだ。
どうやら150席近くあるらしい。
普段は外国人ばかりというクチコミもあるが、この時期はコロナの影響もあるのか店内にいるのは日本人半分、外国人半分、といったところだろうか。
まずはビールを飲もう！と思いメニューを見るが、なかなか値段は高め。
とはいえせっかく海外っぽい雰囲気なのでブルームーン（1,500円）を注文しようとしたが、残念ながらこの日は品切れになっていたようでハイネケンを注文。
■ハイネケン（1,100円）
個人的にハイネケンはビールの中でも好きな味だ。
泡の入れ方には若干の不満がありつつも、気を取り直して乾杯！
さぁ〜料理も頼んでいくぞ！
■スペシャルシーザーサラダ（1,400円）
まず一品目は我々には珍しいサラダ！
チキンが乗っているが、どのあたりがスペシャルなのかはよく分からん！
メニューの写真とはなんか違うが、これは飲食店あるある。
細かいことは気にするな。ここは海外なんだ！と言い聞かす。
味は普通のシーザーサラダでまぁ美味しい。
■チキンウイング（780円）
続いてはチキンウイング。
濃い味付けのチキンはビールとの相性抜群！
これは1000円以下だし、この店ではなかなか良いつまみなのではないだろうか？
■スペシャルカニのパスタ（1,600円）
なんだか無性にパスタが食べたくなってこちらを注文。
これまた写真と実物はかなり異なる。カニが少ない！笑
そしてパスタは結構茹でてるのか柔らかめ。
個人的には固めが好きなので少し残念。
■■コスパは悪いが雰囲気は好き
ということでビール3杯、フードを3品食べたが、総合的に価格は高め。
味もまぁ特筆すべきことはなく、コスパはあまり良くない印象だ。
また、店員さんも外国人の方ばかりで、接客態度はお世辞にも良いとは言えない。
しかし、海外っぽい独特の雰囲気はあり、雰囲気を楽しむのはアリ。
ガッツリ飲む、というよりもちょっと寄るくらいだったらいいかもしれない。
駅から1分という場所、分かりやすい路面店というのも気軽に行けるポイントではあるので、雰囲気が好きなら一度行ってみても良いかも。
