チェゴヤも随分きれいになった。
初めてチェゴヤに行ったのは
男女10人くらいの宴会で
第一京浜と環二通りの交差点近くの雑居ビル
にあった新橋店（港区新橋4-22-7）である。
今は再開発で一帯はきれいな高層ビルが建ったが、
店も当時は簡易なテーブルだけの
一杯呑み屋のような雰囲気。
それでも韓国料理好きの女子に支持され、
人気があった。
当時は確か五反田に本店があり、
店も沢山あったが、
今は全国に10店舗ほどで、
本社もここ六本木一丁目ティーキューブ店
と同じ住所となっている。
コロナ禍以来の
自粛営業で今もこの店はランチ営業しかしていない。
チェゴヤは
滋賀県を中心にパチンコ屋を展開する
平和商事が親会社なので、経営は盤石なのだろう。
サクッと食事を済まそうと、
比較的席に余裕のある、
ここに入店し、
石焼ビビンバ930円
を注文。
5分も経たないで
熱々の石鍋とテールスープが出される。
すぐに混ぜて混ぜて、
壁に貼り付け、
しばらく置く。
コチュジャンで
辛みを調整し、
安定の味の石焼ビビンバ。
美味しくいただき、
PayPayでお支払いしてご馳走さま。
