Ryuum is Dining Bar located in the basement of Roppongi 4-chome. I came here for the first time because a friend recommended it to me. Surrounded by the tropical-style interior and pleasant background music, we first enjoyed the bartender's original cocktail. Since we were hungry, we also ordered some of the recommended food menu items. This time, I ordered ``Duck and Foie Gras Spring Rolls'' and ``Ezo Deer Bolognese.'' The bolognese uses fettuccine, so the texture of the flat noodles is the best, and the taste is exquisite! ! ! Of course it goes well with alcohol, but the chef's dishes seem to be very popular, and many customers come just for the food. They have quite a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, and I think it's a shop that can be used for a variety of occasions, where you can come with friends or lovers. When you have something to do in Roppongi, there is now one more store that you should definitely stop by. Next time, I would like to try homemade potato chips and beef cheeks braised in red wine!
