すっかり韓国料理がマイブームな今日このごろ
今回は六本木の閑静な小径に佇む「まつ岡」さんへ。
落とし気味の照明の店内。
広くゆったりしたL字型ソファーの、まるでバブル期のディスコのVIPルームみたいな
お席にご案内していただき、テンション爆上がり〜〜〜！！
本日の韓流は・・・

飲みホのラインナップ。
韓国のお酒はコーン茶割ぐらいなんですが、お酒（リキュール）+選べる割り材で
自分だけのカスタマイズが出来るカクテルが癖強でめっちゃ面白そう〜ヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ
てなわけで、まずは生ビールでカンパイ☆
◆お通し「日替わりキムチとナムルの盛り合わせ」
お店で手作りのキムチ・ナムルの盛り合わせは日替わりだそう。
しっかり漬かってコクのあるキムチがお酒泥棒！
◆前菜「まつ岡本日のサラダ」
特製チョレギドレッシングの韓国風サラダ。
韓国のりの香りが良き！
◆スープ「スンドゥブチゲ」
豆腐や野菜を秘伝の唐辛子味噌で煮込んだ、おなじみの韓国鍋。
海鮮出汁が効きまくってて、これがメインディッシュでもおかしくないご馳走が、
スープ的ポジションとは何というクオリティ！
◆焼き物①「韓国チジミ」
言わずとしれた米粉の生地で野菜を焼いたモチモチの韓国風お好み焼き。
柔らかいイカがたっぷり入ってて、そのまま食べてもめちゃ旨いんですが
ピリ辛のタレにつけても尚良き！
◆焼き物②「チャプチェ」
マロニーちゃんのさつまいものデンプンverで作られた伝統韓国料理。
口当たりなめらかなモチモチの春雨を、
甘口醤油ベースのタレで炒めた優しい味わい。
さてさて、選べる４つのメイン料理「サムギョプサル」「チーズダッカルビ」
「焼鍋(ムーガタ)」「タッカンマリ」からのチョイスは・・・
◆秘伝の焼鍋「ムーガタ」
ムーガタとは、台湾では「焼鍋」タイでは「ムーガタ」と呼ばれる定番の鍋。
肉を焼きつつ鍋を食べる、ジンギスカンのようなお鍋でいただきます。
これぞ韓国フェチの連れとタイフェチの私の究極の妥協点！（笑）
煮込んでいくうちに肉汁と野菜のエキスがスープに溶け出していき、
お野菜もゲキウマに仕上がります！！
そのままでも充分美味しいんですが、
ポン酢ベースで卵黄のコクのつけだれで食べてもまた格別！！
お野菜が美味しくたっぷり食べられて、ヘルシーなのにボリューミーで
お腹いっぱい大満足でした！！
デザート的に、カスタマイズで出来るカクテルでもいただこうかと思ったんですが
イケメンバーテンダーのお兄さんを惚れ惚れと眺めながら・・・（*´▽｀*）❤
心此処にあらずで発注したのは、結局定番の「カンパリソーダ」（笑）
バブルな頃に思いを馳せながら、六本木の夜は更けていきました。
スタイリッシュな空間で、イケメンのスタッフさんのおもてなし。
これが六本木式韓流！！デートにも最高！！大満足でした！！
またお邪魔したいですね～！！
