本日はこちらで新年会。
店内はやや暗めの照明。テーブルに小さなスポットライトが当ってる。
とてもムーディー。さすが六本木ですね～。
そしてワインセラーにはシャンパンボトルがパンパンに詰まってる。
やっぱり六本木ですね～。
今回は２時間飲み放題付きのムーガタをメインにしたコース。
お値段は７８００円＋チャージ５％です。
ムーガタとはタイの焼き鍋料理。
私の地元にも１軒あってずっと食べたいと思ってた。
コースの内容はこんな感じです。
●日替わりキムチとナムルの盛り合わせ
●まつ岡本日のサラダ
●スンドゥブチゲ
●韓国チヂミ
●チャプチェ
●秘伝の焼鍋（ムーガタ）
韓国人シェフが作っているらしいのでムーガタの前は全て韓国料理。
ムーガタに辿り着く前に結構な量のお料理が来るんですよ。
キムチ・ナムルから始まりチョレギサラダ。彩りが綺麗。
スンドゥブは好物。美味しい。本場の味ってこんなんかな。
韓国チヂミは具沢山。表面は全然油っぽくなく私好み。
何となくお食事系なのでここら辺でお腹が膨れ始める。
チャプチェも美味しかった。
ここまでどの料理もカラフルで色合い彩りが素晴らしい。
見た目が良いと食欲も湧くね。
こうして真打が登場。お～～～、これがムーガタか。
特殊な鍋だな。ジンギスカンの鍋の淵を広く取ってスープを溜められる構造。
中央のこんもりした部分で肉を焼いて淵は寄せ鍋のようになっている。
焼いた肉汁が淵に落ちるので肉の旨味を余すことなく食せる。
寄せ鍋のスープは牛出汁らしい。塩ベースの清湯。
真ん中には豚肉がどっさり。これはこの店自慢のサムギョプサルで使ってる豚バラか？
厚切りで食べ応えあり。脂身が甘い。タレとか付けなくても旨いんだね。
寄せ鍋部分は野菜中心にキノコが３種類も。やっぱり出汁が秀逸。
これは満足度が高い。
家にも欲しくなったよ、ムーガタ鍋。
