Head over to this shop located a few minutes walk from Roppongi Station. Cheers with a highball. Assortment of daily kimchi and namul. The kimchi was made with Chinese cabbage, oily kimchi, and kakuteki. The namul was made with bean sprouts, spinach, and bean sprouts. Appetizer Matsuoka Today's Salad It was a colorful Korean salad made with special choregi sauce. Soup Sundubu Jjigae It seems that more than 10 kinds of spices are used. It had a rich and umami flavor that was addictive. Grilled Korean Pancake I hear it's made using rice flour. It was chewy and delicious. Grilled Japchae Japchae made with Korean vermicelli. The vermicelli noodles were chewy and the soy sauce-based sweet and salty flavor went well with the alcohol. Main Yonezawa pork samgyeopsal sandwich set SPF pork is delicious, isn't it? I often come across this pork in Pork Cutlet at pork cutlet restaurants...The staff grilled it to a nice flavor. Also bean sprouts and green onion kimchi. When you add pork, bean sprouts, and green onion kimchi to the sandwich, it tastes surprisingly refreshing. The fat of the pork is firm but sweet, and I realized that using carefully selected pork makes such a difference. It was delicious. I was happy that they had Amaretto for alcohol so I ordered it. In addition to samgyeopsal, I'm also interested in moogata and cheese dakgalbi.
