六本木の「まつ岡」さんに行ってきました！
六本木駅から約徒歩5分です。
裏通りの静かな場所にあるので隠れ家感あります。
韓国料理がメインのお店ですが、店内は薄暗く
落ち着いた雰囲気！
10名の個室もあるので飲み会でも使えそうです。

今回は「秘伝の焼鍋（ムーガタ）コース」を注文。
サムギョプサル・チーズダッカルビ・タッカンマリ
などもありましたが、ムーガタという
聞いたとない料理が気になってこちらを選択！
料理長は釜山出身なので全部気になります！

コースはキムチ・ナムル3種、チョレギサラダ
スンドゥブチゲ、チヂミ、チャプチェ、ムーガタ
とかなり盛りだくさん！
今回は特に気に入った品をいくつか紹介。
★スンドゥブチゲ
ぐつぐつの状態で提供されるスンドゥブチゲ。
具材たっぷりで魚介の旨みやコクをしっかりと
感じることができて美味い！
スンドゥブって出汁薄いところ結構多いのですが
ここはしっかりしてて好きでした。
★チャプチェ
醤油ベースの甘辛い味付けのチャプチェ。
表面ツルツルだけど噛むともちもちしてます！
とっても味が染みててお酒が進みます！
あまり食べだことなかったけど、気に入ったので
これから韓国料理屋行ったら注文したい。
★ムーガタ
コースのラストは気になっていたムーガタ！
台湾やタイでよく食べられている鍋とのこと。
ジンギスカンの鉄板のような形をしており
上はお肉を焼く場所で、周りがお野菜を出汁で
茹でる場所みたいになってます！
お肉は豚肉で野菜は白菜・椎茸・まいたけ・ネギ
などいろんな種類が入ってました！
付け合わせで牛出汁とポン酢の特性ダレが
あったので最初はそれで食べていたのですが
食べ進みていくとお肉の脂や野菜の出汁がどんどん
出て来てそのまま食べてもめっちゃ美味い！
最後の方はずった何もつけずに食べてました。
ドリンク(飲み放題)
ビール・ハイボールの定番ドリンク以外にカクテルがたくさんありました。
リキュールは10種類、割材は7種類もあって
70種類の組み合わせで楽しむことができます！
