相変わらずのおいしさでした。最初の先付はフルーツトマト、とジュレの前菜
そして、唐墨と焼き穴子のお寿司
それから稚鮎の天ぷらとホワイトアスパラガスの牛肉まき、花山椒といただきます。
そして鱧のおすいもの
おつくりは、愛媛、瀬戸内の鯛 ポン酢ともみじおろしでいただきます。最高でした。
つぎは、鱧の湯引きとアオリイカ、これも美味しい
それから煮物は蛤と花山椒
メインはとても美味しい和牛フィレ、最高でした。
そして桜エビの美味しい炊き込みご飯
次にほおづき、琵琶そして、マスクメロンのデザート
最高でした。
