実はこちらには以前来た事が有ります・・向かいに有る鮨店の方ですけど(^^;
なので、一度入ってみたかったお店でした「Restaurant Ryuzu」
カード会社のフレンチ週間で、お安く食事できるとの事で喜んで訪問します。
新橋から都バスで六本木駅で降りて六本木交差点からお店の有るビルへ向かいます。
飯塚隆太シェフは海浜幕張のホテルザマンハッタン立ち上げの頃に在籍していて、その後は
タイユヴァンやジョエル・ロブションを経て2011年にこちらを開店
新潟出身との事で食材や食器類など新潟産の物がチラホラ

紫檀を使って木製なのに薄く作られたカトラリーを使用、一部金属を埋めた象眼細工付き
折角料理は安かったのに、勧められるまま色々追加したら普通の値段に(^^;
カウンター席からは目の前のオープンキッチンが見える構造の店内はクラッシックとモダンの融合
料理もそんな感じで面白い素材をクラッシックな調理で合わせた様な感じ。
コースだけの価格を考えると、六本木とは思えない位のお得感
