良いリズムで、料理やワインの説明も完璧にこなすウェイターがもてなす。堅苦しくもなくて居心地が良かった。

コンフィされたホタルイカの食感がすごい！
温かいパンはルクセンブルクのパンだそう。途中の火入れまではルクセンブルクで、そしてリューズで焼き上げる。この風味がすごくビスケットようで独特！ビスコかクラコットみたいな風味。
くまえびのソテー グリーンアスパラ添え
海老が味が濃厚でめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
桜ます、春キャベツ、さくらえび
最高の火入れ。風味が活きる。
フランス産子羊のロースト
とてもおいしい仔羊だった。羊らしさと柔らかさがありつつ、すっきり甘い。野菜も甘くて美味しい。
チーズ(コース外)
いらないと思ったが、見ていたら我慢できなくなったし、実際に頼んで良かった。
デザート
小さいものが数皿。キャラメルのアイスとムースのものが最高だった。苦味が心地よい美味しいキャラメルに感激。
せとかとブラッドオレンジのデザートも、素材感が良くて素晴らしかった。
時間を忘れるディナーになった。
