とても落ち着いた雰囲気
カウンター８人、座敷2テーブル
人生初めてのろばた焼き！
しかも目の前でやいて、
提供されるのはなかなか都内で見ないスタイル
海外からの観光に連れてたり、
接待で使ったりとか、かなりおすすめな場所！
店員さんはすごく優しくて、接客満点！
冬は事前予約で通風鍋とかもできるらしい

茶碗蒸しうにキャビア乗せ、
豆腐いくら、もずくす
どれもだしがしっかり効いて、
お上品な味だった
○焼き野菜3種
茄子、椎茸、無花果
じんわり焼かれたお野菜は外側引き締まっていて、内側から水分がじんわり溢れ出る
無花果を焼く？結構疑ってたけど、
焼くと綿あめのような焦げた甘い香りがして、
仕上がると、まるでキャラメーゼしたような
びっくりする甘くなっていた。
