本日は8コース(税サ別 ¥12,000)を食す。アペリティフがわりに、ややカーボンキツめのチャコリをいただきスタートです。パートナーは体調の関係でアルコールは控えるということなのでボトルを頼まず5グラスのペアリングを私はいただく。ソビニヨンブランの白、ドライシェリー、リオハの赤白、デザートワインにスイートシェリーとこちらもバランス良い。8コースの基本メニューにパエリアはエキストラでオマールを追加。これは美味かった。
本来ならカウンター席を用意されていたようですが、若干モビリティに制約がある本日のパートナーに配慮いただき、段差の少ないテーブル席にセッティングをして下さった。その他、ポーションなどにも気遣いいただいたのは感謝です。シェフも食事後のご挨拶の際にもお気遣いいただき、気持ちの良い食事ができました。
