六本木交差点からすぐ外苑通りに面したビルの2階にお店はあります。
階段を上りお店に入ると、真ん中に大きなテーブルがあり、その周りに2人掛けのテーブル席があります。
鉄板で焼かれた"肉厚な"鉄板トンテキ定食"を注文しました。
タブレットでの注文でスムースに注文できました。
店内で漬け込んで柔らかくなった豚肉を鉄板でじっくり焼いた"トンテキ"が出てきました。
肉は柔らかくおいしい。
鉄板に乗っているので お肉はもちろん 付け合わせのキャベツまで熱々です。
トンテキにあらかじめ味は付いているけど、別添えでからしマヨネーズが付いていました。
尾中がすいていたので熱々をほおばったので口の中をやけどしてしまいました。
