六本木駅北のエリアにある、樽生クラフトビールの店『シャムロック バイ アボットチョイス』。
クラフトビールからウイスキーまであるので、ゼロでも〆でも使えるバーです。
この日はゼロにやって来ました。
あまり飲みすぎると後が辛いと思いつつ、セッションIPAを見つけたのでパイントで。
◇Skate or Die Session IPA (Pint)
ブルワリーは名古屋のTBB（トールボーイズブリューイング）という所。初めて飲む醸造所。
口にすると、トロピカルなフルーティーな香りが豊かで苦味は控えめで飲みやすい。
ジューシー感はあるけどすっきりとして飲み飽きない。
◇志賀高原IPA （Regular)
やや深みのある琥珀色。
ホップのしっかりした苦味と柑橘系の爽やかな香り。モルトの存在感もしっかり。
この後、食事会があるので、ナッツを軽く摘んだ程度ですが、フィッシュ&チップスのようなパブ飯からパスタ、ピザまでフードメニューも色々あって、軽い食事に良さそうな、まさにパブらしいパブでした。
