当店は無煙ロースターを使用。
衣類を汚さないように紙エプロンの準備もしてくださいます。

これらは、嬉しいお替わり自由。メンバーの歓声を受ける。
【前菜3】がむしゃら特製サラダ
焼肉、温泉玉子、韓国海苔付き。
ガシガシ混ぜて韓国海苔は後から千切ってのせる感じかな。
【焼肉1】黒毛和牛炙りユッケ
ユッケは、昨今ナマでは食べれないのです。
器に油が敷いてあるので軽く火を通してくださいとのこと。
【焼肉2】黒毛和牛カルビ 【焼肉3】黒毛和牛ロース
薄いーー！お肉です。でも、和牛なので味は良いですよ。
そして、【焼肉4】ホルモン3種盛り合わせ は、写真を撮るのを失念。
食事に入る前に再度、霜降りの和牛が登場。
このお肉は、スペシャルになるのか？お店の方が焼いてくれました。
手早くクルクルと巻いて、お好みになりますが手元のタレで。
【麺】冷麺
一口サイズの冷麺。当店のものはゴムのような歯ごたえのあるタイプではなく
いなにわ饂飩感覚でスルスルといただけるものでした。
万人受けを考えていらっしゃるのかもしれません。
【デザート】白クマかき氷
遊び心たっぷりのかき氷。
絵面的には間の抜けた感があるかもしれませんが、普通に美味い。
飲み放題のドリンクは、デキャンタなど一部のものはNGですが、メニューのほとんどが
注文可能。 友人にはフローズンレモンサワーが好評でした。
ぶ厚いお肉をガシガシ焼いて召し上がりたい方には物足りなさがあるかもしれませんが
焼肉で小洒落た女子会など、焼肉を少しつまみながらの大人の飲み会には
需要があるかと思います。
ちなみに周りは、女子会またはカップル率多しでした。
キムチとナムルのお替わり自由は大きなポイント。
飲み放題を含めたプランの満足度数は、★★★☆ 消極的に大好きです。
