本日はサントリーホールの東フィル定期公演。
これからのピアノ界を牽引すると言われている、若き亀井聖矢(まさや)さんの圧巻のラフマニノフピアノコンツェルト2番を聴きながら、突然餃子が食べたい！と思った。
この発想、夫に半ば呆れられながら、休憩15分のうちに、終演後徒歩で行けるお店を検索。終演後のタクシー行列はすごいので、あの店のこれ、というほどの望みではないから、タクシーは避けたい。
売りの文言通り、どれも概ね油と塩分控えめ、無化調、の優しい味。
麻婆豆腐ですら、罪悪感の少ない感じ、ピリ辛、中辛、激辛から中辛をチョイス。唐辛子はいいけど、山椒がものたらないのでお願いすると、唐辛子もろとも持ってきてくれました。
ただ、そもそも食べたかった餃子、悪くないけど、突然食べたいと思ったイメージのものではなかった。
白と青の鶏葱そばだけ、ちょっと塩がきつい。一番塩分控えなきゃいけないものだと思うのですが。
全体的に概ね⚪︎、というお店でした。
金額は、我が家のお得意、持ち帰り前提でたくさん頼んでいるし、青島ビールに続いて紹興酒10年ものも2人で500mlボトル１本飲んでるし、普通こんなにはならないと思います。
まあ、しかし、いつも思うけど、泉ガーデンのレストランフロアは、わかりづらいですね。
