響きだけでオシャレな雰囲気の漂うこの地域において、「隠れ家」というキーワードはなんともいえない魅力がある。
そう、今回伺ったこちらの店は麻布十番にある隠れ家的焼肉屋。
高級感がありながら決して主張しすぎることのない雰囲気は、なんとも大人の香りを醸し出している。
今回予約したプランは「人気のカツサンドのA5ランク黒毛和牛堪能コース 18品」という一人12,000円のコース。
名物であるカツサンドはもちろん、こだわりのお肉を食べれるとのことで大変楽しみである。
落ち着いた雰囲気の個室に通され、早速コースがスタートする。

まずはキムチとナムル。有機野菜を使っているとのことでなんだか体に優しい・・気がする。気のせいか。

続いてはサラダ。
決して主張しすぎないが、しっかりと美味しいサラダだ。

ここで肉が登場。これから出てくる肉の期待を高めるには十分。とても美味しい。

これはもういうまでもなく美味。国産A5ランクは伊達じゃない。

どれもめちゃくちゃ美味しい。

ここでお待ちかねのカツサンドが！
もう見た目で圧倒的な存在感。
赤みがかった肉は柔らかく無駄な筋など一切感じない。
ソースとパンとの相性も抜群で流石の一言だ。
■牛すじと梅肉のスープ
しっかりと出汁の効いたスープ。落ち着く。
■脂付きシマチョウの一本焼き

続いてはホルモン系の肉。
上みのは歯ごたえがよく、シマチョウは旨味がすごくてとても良い。
■特選A5雌和牛のすき焼き
最後の肉はすき焼き！
これまた雑味のない極上のお肉。
■〆の櫃まぶし
焼肉屋の櫃まぶしということで肉が使われている。
味が濃くて〆にピッタリだ。
■アイスクリーム
ということで最初から最後まで大満足のコースだった。
名物のカツサンドはもちろん、その他の肉も非常に美味しく、オシャレな雰囲気と相まって最高の体験となった。
記念日や特別な日などに是非行きたい店である。
