幻のカツサンドが入った黒毛和牛堪能コース
ちょっと早めのクリスマスとして訪問。
カウンター席だったが、前はドア？で仕切られていて、隣に他のお客さんがいなければ半個室のような席だった。
・キムチとナムルの盛り合わせ
キムチは後から辛味がくる本格的なキムチだった。ナムルはニンジンの方ともやしの味は違うもので、ニンジンの方は甘味がある味だった。
・炙り前菜和牛
口に入れた瞬間ほんと肉がとろけた。脂も甘くとても美味しかった。
・お肉盛り合わせ
3種ともに味がついてるので、焼いたらそのまま焼いて食べくださいとのこと。
厳選黒タン塩
レモンをかけて食べた。タンは柔らかく旨みがあり美味しかった。
肉の部位を2種忘れてしまったが、大きいお肉の方は赤身であっさりした味わいだが硬くなく、肉本来の旨みを感じた。
塩タレの方も厚切りだったが柔らかく美味しかった。
・ゴマだれサラダ
ゴマだれが甘さがあり、私の好きな味だった。
・特選炙り和牛の握り
先程の炙り前菜和牛と同じく、とろけるお肉に黒胡椒が効いており、とても美味しかった。
・黒毛和牛のせいろ蒸し
和牛、ホタテ、水菜をせいろ蒸しにし、ポン酢のような味がついており、お肉をさっぱりと味わえ、帆立の甘みが相まってとても美味しかった。
・幻の牛カツサンド
一番食べたかった私のメイン料理。
宝箱の中から煙と共に現れた。甘めのソースにレアな牛カツ、少々小ぶりだが満足できた。
・牛すじの梅肉のスープ
梅肉がすっきりとさせてくれるスープだった。美味しかった。
・もつ
シマチョウ（たれ）
ぷりぷりの脂でジューシーな味わいだった。焼肉のタレをつけて食べた。
上ミノ（塩）
コリコリとした食感が美味しかった。
・牛ひつまぶし
まずはそのまま頂いた。甘辛いタレが美味しかった。次に出汁とワサビをつけたらまた味が変わり、私は出汁ワサビの方が好みだった。
・冷麺（追加注文）
冷麺が食べたくなり追加で注文。
あっさりとした味だが、昆布の出汁が効いていて美味しかった。
・塩のアイスクリーム
塩っけすぎない味で、シャーベットとアイスクリームの中間くらいの感じだったので甘ったるすぎず、さっぱりしすぎず、初めて食べた味でとても美味しかった。
店員さんの対応も良く、食事もとても満足できた。
