平日の夜に予約をして伺いました。
お店は六本木の裏通りで分かりにくい場所にありました。案内された席は個室でした。しゃぶしゃぶのお店ですが大鍋を皆で囲むのではなく、一人ひと鍋です。
今回はアラカルト料理とコース料理を注文しました。
<カプレーゼ>丸いままのトマトにチーズが挟まっていてお洒落な見た目でした。
<スモークタン>560円とお値段がお手頃です。
<牛たたき炙り>炙られたお肉に荒くおろした大根を巻いて頂きます。さっぱりしていて美味しかったです。
《A5ランク黒毛和牛&宮地豚しゃぶしゃぶコース》
(水餃子)まず最初に大きな水餃子が一人一つ出てきます。こちらは食べごたえもあり、肉汁が溢れでてくる美味しい餃子でした。
(野菜盛り)たっぷり入っていましたが細ぎり人参、レタスや豆苗は鍋に合わず、ドレッシングがほしかったです。玉ねぎ豆腐椎茸は美味しかったです。
<たこ>追加で注文しました。薄くスライスされています。こちらも値段がお手頃です。
<牛肉と豚肉>
牛肉は綺麗に差しが入っていました。薄く切られているのでするりと食べられます。豚肉は少しくせがあるように感じました。
<餅ときしめん>写真はとり忘れました。もちは薄切りです。味は普通かな。
<デザート>シャーベット三種類から選べます。
平日の早めの時間だったせいかとても空いていました。味はそこそこといった感じですが、雰囲気は良いです。
ごちそうさまでした。
