クリスマスディナーにて予約をしていただき訪問。この時期はお店の前はクリスマスイルミネーションがとっても綺麗です。
お店に入り、二階のテーブル席へ案内されました。コース料理に合わせて、ワインのペアリングをおすすめされたのでそちらを注文。
・ズワイガニと盤雲丹のフラン
コースの1番最初にぴったりで、優しい味で濃厚なとっても可愛い一品です。
・ソーテルヌでマリネしたフォアグ青林檎とプラムで
濃厚なフォアグラのテリーヌを青林檎と、プラムの2種類の味を楽しめます。これがとっても美味しい！1番大好きでした。甘口の白ワインがペアリングされましたが、久々に甘口ワインでしたが、料理にぴったりでした。
・真鯛のメダイヨン 野菜とコキヤージュのジュ
とっても優しい味で見た目もとっても綺麗です。さっぱりとした白ワインにぴったり。
・蝦夷鮑のロースト トリュフソース
2種類のソースでアワビを楽しめます。奥の鮑の肝ソースがとっても美味しかったです。
・国産 A5 牛フィレ肉のグリエ
とっても柔らかいのにお肉を食べた充実もあります。付け合わせのほうれん草のソテー、トリュフもいい香りで赤ワインにぴったりです。
・ガトーオペラ
濃厚なチョコレートケーキにアイスクリーム、メレンゲの贅沢デザート盛り合わせです。ペアリングされた深い赤ワインにぴったりです。
どれもとても美味しくて、ペアリングされたワインもぴったりで大満足でした。ごちそうさまでした！
