『Real Fresh, Real Burger.』
これまでに無い、体が喜ぶハンバーガーを作りたい。 |
毎年10月に行われるクラシックの祭典で、今年は日曜の夜に大好きな辻井伸行氏が登場し、
チケットも購入できた為、サントリーホールへ。
１０月に入っても暑い日が続いていました。
朝が遅かったので、ホールの近くでランチしようと思ってましたが、
到着すると、カラヤン広場（サントリーホールの前）でライブビューイングが大画面！
見とれているうち、開演時間（１７時）になり、結局ランチなしでコンサートへ。
アークヒルズ内には、多くの飲食店がある為、帰りにどこかへ・・・の予定でしたが、
日曜日の為か殆どのお店が閉店していました。
そこでこちらへ訪問。（開いてて良かった）
普段、行く事のないハンバーガー屋さんです。
苦手な食券購入では、まず名前だけ見ても、内容が分からず、更にトッピング系を加えるには？
等など、わからないことだらけ・・・・しかもお店の方はそこには居ません。（キッチンで仕事）
どうしてもお米が食べたかった為、
・グリルドエッグのサルサボウル（680円）を購入。
レシートに呼び出し番号があり、呼ばれると受け取りに行くシステム。
お米がある事以外、どんな料理なのかはあまりイメージできず受け取ると、
サルサボウルなので、丼と思っていたら、ワンプレート料理？
ご飯にサラダ、そして卵が乗ってる物でした。
少し酸味のあるソースが、全体をまとめてる感じ。
コンサートは最高でしたが、日曜の夜は閉店時間が早い事は、今後気を付けなければ・・・。
